Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I take pictures of myself trying to dress like Harry Styles. It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it. Hope you have a nice stay!

I am starting this lovely blog post off with a request and it is a very important request. Seeing as Harry Styles is back on tour and blessing us all with custom suits, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying seeing these suits and loosely choosing which ones I want to base outfits on. And, I know that you guys have been enjoying it as well, especially because I put every single suit up on my Instagram and occasionally have polls when I can’t decide if I like a suit or not.

Which leads me into my request: If you are attending a Harry Styles concert this year and you’re sitting/standing fairly close --preferably in the dead middle-- would you kindly take a few photos of his suit? There’s a few more stipulations: A -- if it could be when he’s not playing guitar, that’d be great; B -- also while he’s not being wild AF onstage and C -- while you’re not being wild AF in the audience.

I know that is a lot to ask, but ya girl needs some clear photos of these amazing suits (did anyone see that houndstooth goodness?!) so that I can shop properly. It’s my only request… please… I beg of you…

Speaking of suits -- today’s super springtime look is indeed brought to you by a classic Harry Styles suit: the red floral Gucci (of course) suit that he wore back in 2015 (we know how much I love that Harry era) on X Factor while One Direction performed their last televised appearance together. The suit itself is not custom (surprise!); it’s actually from the Fall 2015 Blooms Collection and you’re in luck because I found runway pictures of the suit to complement the pictures of Harry.

Since we are in spring and Los Angeles tends to heat up pretty quickly (it’s supposed to be 91 degrees tomorrow!) I wanted to bring you a fun outfit inspired by this look that is perfect for any outdoor occasion; rooftop movies, picnics, festivals, farmer’s markets -- this Kendall + Kylie romper is perfect! I love it because it’s a cute outfit that you can throw on and easily look put-together. If you are anything like me and you want to look cute but you don’t want to put in all that effort to look cute, then this look is literally calling your name.

I won’t go as far as to say the patterns between the Gucci suit and the Kendall + Kylie romper are identical, but they are pretty damn close -- even right down to the spacing between the flowers on the garment. There is a slight difference in red tones and my outfit doesn’t have as much or as noticeable a green in the leaves, but even the beige shading is nearly identical. This romper was a rare gem and between the time of me purchasing it and receiving it in the mail, PacSun stopped selling it; but they make this exact print in a short and top co-ord!

Harry is wearing black boots with his suit, which really look great, but I wanted to bring out the beige in the floral print and also illustrate how easily this romper can transition into a night-out piece, so I threw on my nude Jessica Simpson heels, and went gallivanting around the University of Southern California campus. As you do. And that --my friends-- is how you turn a Gucci suit into the perfect day to night outfit.

If you fancy something a bit more smart and a bit more bright, then check out my post featuring a yellow floral dress that can easily go from the office to a date!

Same time next week?! Be there or be square.
